This constant state of flux underscores the importance of agility in business<\/strong>. Agility is more than a buzzword; it&#8217;s a leadership mandate. Success in the coming years will rely on senior leaders adopting a mindset of adaptability and fostering unprecedented levels of collaboration. In this post, I delve into the various &#8220;interfaces&#8221; in the corporate world where effective collaboration, much like a well-executed rugby scrum, can unlock significant value and drive transformative change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Transformative Role of IT Departments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Traditionally viewed as cost centers, IT departments are facing a new era marked by the rise of cyberattacks and the need for defensive spending. However, certain activities need to remain local due to operational, regulatory, or risk considerations.
